Wedding packages

Every wedding is different.  That’s why we work with each bride to find what works for your budget and schedule. We have three packages that can be customized to fit your wedding.

Day of Coordination:

For the bride who has done all of the planning and hard work but wants to be stress-free on their wedding day.  We will work with you 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Partial Planning:

For the bride who has done the majority of the planning, but needs someone to help bring it all together in the last few months. We will work with you anywhere from 4 to 6 months prior to the event date.

Complete Planning:

For the bride who wants to be stress free from the start.  Our full service package includes complete assistance throughout the planning process. We start to work with you from 9 months prior to your wedding date. 

Services include:

• Initial consultation to determine your wedding day vision

• Assistance with design and development

• Schedule and attend appointments with vendors

• Help you find the perfect venue to fit your budget

• Liaison between on-site coordinator and vendors

• Complete guest RSVP tracking

• Seating charts and floor plans

• Event day set up

• Rehearsal organization
